Purpose of the site
This site hosts the ASNEF Exposure Test, an informational tool from the Intelligence section of ILP Abogados. It allows a company to estimate, from its own answers, its financial exposure to claims for improper registration in credit default registers.
Access to the tool is free of charge and requires no registration. Contact details are requested only if you decide to receive the detailed report, and always voluntarily.

Terms of use
By using this site you undertake to:
- Use it in accordance with the law, in good faith and in line with this legal notice.
- Not use it for unlawful purposes or in any way that damages, overloads or prevents the normal operation of the service.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, nor extract its content in bulk or by automated means.
- Provide accurate information if you decide to request the detailed report, and take responsibility for the accuracy of what you send us.
- Not enter third-party data into the forms without those people knowing.
ILP Abogados may suspend access, temporarily or permanently, for anyone who breaches these terms.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, graphics, the calculation model behind the test, the downloadable documents and the source code of this site belong to ILP Abogados or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may consult, print and download the materials for the internal, non-commercial use of your company, provided they are not altered and the authorship credit is kept. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or commercial exploitation — requires prior written authorisation.
“ILP Abogados” and its distinctive signs are trade marks of the firm. References to Asnef-Equifax, Badexcug-Experian or other third-party names are made purely for identification purposes and belong to their respective owners; mentioning them implies no connection, sponsorship or recommendation.
Liability
The result of the test is calculated solely from the answers you provide, without any review of your actual documentation. It is therefore an indicative estimate. ILP Abogados is not responsible for decisions you take on the basis of that result alone.
The firm takes care to keep the information current and correct, but legislation and case law change. Always check the references against the official texts before you take any decision.
The site is offered “as is”. Uninterrupted availability of the service and the absence of errors are not guaranteed, so far as the law allows.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Where you act as a consumer, the competent courts and tribunals are those determined by consumer protection legislation, and nothing in this notice limits that right. In all other cases — professional or business use of the site — the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
